Preventative Pet Wellness Care
The saying goes “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.” The best investment that you can make in your dog or cat’s health and well-being is a routine wellness examination. These are important, because they allow us to establish a baseline of their overall health, so that we can quickly see if something goes amiss. We treat every single pet and person who walks through our front doors like family, because we believe you deserve no less.
The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and affordable. It’s obvious they truly love animals, and they care about the health and well-being of your pet.
They promptly got my Tuna cat scheduled for surgery when his eye was injured and required removal. They answered all my questions and were very kind and courteous towards me, even when I was the crazy cat dad that called and asked if I could bring him his favorite treats for after surgery. They were very caring towards my little guy and I’d recommend them to anyone who loves their fur baby like I do.
They saved the life of my little dog Bilbo. Dr Shelly Hammer went above and beyond, even took him home for the weekend to treat and watch closely. The staff is caring and I am lucky to have this clinic so close in Heavener, OK.
What To Expect
The first step is to give us a call to schedule your examination!
During your pet’s exam, we will take basic measurements – such as their weight, temperature, listen to their heart, etc. We will then conduct a full nose-to-tail examination where we carefully study each of their major bodily systems.
This is also a great opportunity for us to answer any questions you might have about your pet’s wellness, and to help you set healthy habits.
