Dr. Shelly Hamner, DVM
With over three decades of experience, Dr. Hamner is deeply committed to providing compassionate, comprehensive care for both small and large animals. Her dedication to animal welfare is matched by the strong relationships she builds with her clients and their pets.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Hamner enjoys spending time with her seven grandchildren. Her love for animals extends beyond her practice to her home, where she cares for a variety of pets.
Danielle Hill, Office Manager
As a pawsitively enthusiastic Office Manager, Danielle thrives in the fast-paced environment of the clinic. She excels at staying organized and keeping a cool head under pressure, ensuring the clinic runs smoothly. Danielle keeps the team motivated and engaged, making sure every client feels welcomed. Outside work, you’ll find her enjoying coffee with family or spending time on the farm with her loved ones. Danielle believes in creating a happy workspace, and that includes our furry friends!
Braya Warren, Receptionist
With a passion for animals and a knack for organization, Braya is a dedicated veterinary receptionist at Heavener Animal Clinic. Bringing 9 years of customer service experience, she ensures that every visit to our clinic is as smooth and stress-free as possible. Braya handles scheduling, patient inquiries, and records management with care and efficiency. When she’s not working, Braya enjoys spending time with her two boys, making t-shirts, playing with her animals, and always striving to improve the lives of animals in the community.
Niki Wiles, Veterinary Assistant
Niki started her career in the veterinary field in 2006 and joined Dr. Hamner’s team in 2011 after moving to Heavener and marrying her husband, Brannon. Together, they have five children and live on their family farm in Hontubby. In her free time, Niki loves spending time outdoors, camping, and enjoying the company of her many pets. Her furry family includes four dogs, six cats, three horses, too many cows, two red-eared sliders, one tarantula, and not enough chickens! Niki’s passion for animal care and her dedication to clients make her an invaluable member of the team.
Jamie Van Der Linden, Veterinary Assistant
Meet Jamie, our passionate Veterinary Assistant! With her dedication to animal care, both large and small, Jamie brings a friendly and warm approach to every visit. Whether she’s assisting during exams, comforting nervous pets, or offering helpful advice to pet parents, Jamie’s goal is to make every visit a positive experience. When she’s not in the clinic, Jamie enjoys spending time with her family and competing with her large animals. We are proud to have her as part of our team!
